    Oversees all phases from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Coordinates architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manages timelines, resources, and costs; enforces safety and quality; secures permits; and keeps clients fully updated.

  • Ripons Huber

    Company Civil/Structural Engineer

    Designs and analyzes structures for safety, stability, and durability. Prepares structural drawings, calculates loads, selects materials, and ensures compliance with codes and standards throughout delivery.

  • Hilary Osoro

    Company Quantity Surveyor

    Manages project costs end-to-end. Prepares estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities; ensures value for money; controls expenses; and administers contracts and payments to contractors and suppliers.

  • Steve Bicko

    Company Safety Officer

    Ensures site activities meet HSE regulations. Identifies hazards, conducts inspections, trains workers, enforces PPE, and investigates incidents to prevent recurrence—maintaining a safe working environment for all.
